Traci Cottam expands her hauntingly cerebral offering seen at the International Choreographers Festival. Music by Poulenc provides the context for three dancers as they portray a single individual over time and space to help us see deeper into the mental state of the human psyche. Expressive solos, dynamic duets, and spiraling trios characterize this work.

Mannakin Theater and Dance is excited to announce Traci Finch as Assistant Director. Traci performed in the 2018 productions of The Nushell! in both San Francisco and Salt Lake City, as well as the October fundraiser. Traci hails from NYC, and has danced for The Suzanne Farrell Ballet, Les Grands Ballet Canadiens, New Chamber Ballet, and CelloPointe.

So excited to announce my residency with the turntablist and composer Mark Onderwater at the Marie Chouinard studios in Montreal. I will be working with the turntablist and composer Mark Onderwater. We will be fusing contemporary ballet and turntable music, exploring movement choreographed to a new take on hip-hop DJing! Check out our updates here, as the residency runs from June 26-29!

Last year was my first year with the Lake Tahoe Dance Festival, and I am so excited to say I will be joining their faculty again this summer, as well as collaborating with Constantine Baecher in a new creative work performed July 26-28!
